Shipping & Delivery

How long will it take my order to be shipped?

If the items you ordered are in stock it will most likely be processed and shipped out within the next 24 hours.  There are cases where you may order the last item left in stock, and upon our inspection, we notice that the item is damaged.  In this case, we will contact you to let you know.  

Your orders will be shipped via UPS or the United States Postal Service.  Normal ground shipping takes anywhere from 4-6 business days for delivery, however, we offer expedited shipping options only for domestic orders.

For refunds, credit or exchanges, please send by mail to the address provided.  You will be responsible for the postage of returning the merchandise to us and your original shipping charges are not refundable.  Please allow  7-10 days for your credit card to be credited.

Can you make orders online if you don't live in the u.s? 

No, we don't accept International orders except for Canada at the moment.

Can I have orders shipped to a different address than my billing address? 

We only offer different shipping address to U.S. orders only.
International shipping address must match billing address.

Can I get shipment to military or P.O. box addresses? 

Yes, we do ship to P.O. BOX & military addresses.
But unfortunately we don't offer "express" shipping to P.O. BOX & military addresses.

Do you offer free shipping? 

Yes! If you order $50 or more, your shipping fee will automatically be removed.
We will offer free shipping during special periods for a limited amount of time. (Excluding International Shipping)

Will I get a tracking number for my order? 


Canadian Shipping Information

All Canadian orders are considered international orders and are shipped via USPS.
Please allow 8-12 days for delivery.
Customs, Duties, and additional Taxes: Canadian customs sets taxes, duties and brokerage fees on commercial goods shipped to The Great White North. These fees will be determined at the border. GST (Goods & Services
Tax) and PST (Provincial Sales Tax) vary based on the province to which your package is being shipped and on its value.
The duty is determined by the value of the merchandise and its place of origin (think NAFTA). Goods
that are totally made in the USA will be duty free! But, still subject to GST/PST.

Return policy

Returns & Exchanges

We strive to make the shopping experience the safest and smoothest for all of our customers.  If for any reason you are not happy with your items, you can send them back, as long as you follow our Return and Exchange Policy. 


Return and Exchange Policy

Hats, tube tops, cosmetics, accessories, jewelry, swimwear, intimates and items marked as "Final Sale" or "Sale Items" are FINAL SALE and therefore cannot be returned for exchange or refunds.

All returns are accepted within 30 days from the shipped date. Merchandise must be unworn, in original condition, with price tags intact.  Make sure the return form is included in your package and it is correctly filled out.

Shoe boxes must be returned undamaged and unworn for returns or exchanges.

All returns past 30 days will not be accepted and will become a FINAL SALE. 

For exchanges, please send by mail to the address provided.  You will be responsible for the postage of returning the merchandise to us and your original shipping charges are not refundable.  Please allow 7-10 days for your credit card to be credited.

Damaged or Merchandise Inaccuracy

Any items that were defective or the merchandise you received was incorrect from your original invoice may be exchanged or refunded.  Make sure you correctly fill out your return form and explain briefly why you are returning the merchandise. Your shipping cost will be reimbursed to your credit card and we will gladly replace your merchandise or give you a refund. Of course, the shipping costs to send back your correct order will be on us!  

We recommend using USPS Priority when returning your items and make sure to retain a tracking confirmation number.  

Return & Exchange

We will only exchange different sizes for the same item and color. Please indicate on the return form by writing, which items are to be exchanged. Once Pink Ice receives your return back for an exchange we will check our inventory to fulfill the exchange request.  If your item is sold out, your exchange will become a return and we will provide a refund in the form of the tender in which your purchase was originally made.

Undeliverable Orders / Corrections to Shipping

Pink Ice will impose a $10 fee for any undeliverable order and corrections to shipping addresses caused by customer error. Undeliverable orders include not being able to sign for an order that comes by our shipper, misspelled shipping addresses, or any fault of the customer causing Pink Ice shipper not being able to complete the delivery of the order.

NOTE: We recommend using a tracking method when shipping back merchandise.
